PhD in Psychology-Walden University

I am currently ABD for my PhD in Psychology from Walden University. My dissertation will evaluate the degree to which social interaction factors predict learning outcomes, attrition, final grades, and course satisfaction in online courses.

External Review Committee--UMA Social Science Program

I served on a small committee to provide an external review to the University of Maine at Augusta's Social Science Program. I served on this committee and was elected Chair of the committee responsible for the final written review. The other committee members included:

Membership Involvement Taskforce

For several months I was involved in a nation-wide task force charged with the task of developing initiatives for greater member involvement in the Society for the Teaching of Psychology (Division II of the American Psychological Association). I was able to offer the use of our Blackboard courseware system as a "virtual meeting place" so that several of us from around the country could participate in the proces.
